Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable professionals, and individuals who feel overwhelmed by stress, uncertainty, or difficult decisions. Therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and direction.

I help adults, college students and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, social anxiety, and life transitions. Using CBT and exposure-based therapy I help clients face fears, reduce avoidance, and build confidence. Together we work to calm overthinking, strengthen relationships, and develop practical coping skills.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're used to handling things on your own. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, I offer a supportive and practical approach where we can work together to better understand what's happening and move forward with clarity.
