I believe everyone deserves access to healing spaces so that we can live a more connected, authentic and resilient life. The wounds we carry often keep us from feeling a sense of meaning, purpose and community. Finding a safe space to heal in the world we live in can feel impossible. My work focuses on creating this space together. It's my goal to help you better understand the systems that stand in the way of your healing and that prevent you from accessing the support you really need.
With over 14 years of treating CPTSD and Eating Disorders, I love working with individuals who believe in deconstructing systems of oppression that remove our body autonomy and disconnect us from our sense of self. I am a fat liberationist who is invested in uplifting marginalized bodies, specifically fat, queer, BBIPOC, neurodiverse and disabled folks.
It's normal to feel lost and out of control when you've been living in a world that tells you your body shouldn't exist. It takes tremendous courage to challenge those voices and believe you deserve to live just as you are. It can feel insurmountable at times. I know that a better life is possible for you and I hope to be a step in helping you fight for it.
