Groups
Anger Management Weekend Intensive
This will be a 8-hour Saturday intensive that designed to quickly grow your understanding of your own anger, how to manage it, and how to better navigate the relationships and situations that trigger you. The class utilizes a combination of lecture, workbook, and group work throughout the day. A 25-question assessment is given at the beginning of the day and end of the day to verify mastery of materials and participation in the class. Certificates and letters of completion will be provided for anyone needing documentation for court, work, or other purposes. Lunch is included.

Anger Management Class - One Day Intensive (9-5PM)
One day intensive anger management class in our West Little Rock office. The group includes psycho-education, individual workbook / journaling, and therapeutic group processing. The curriculum is SAMSHA approved and meets the requirements for court-approved anger management classes. Cost is $299, includes lunch, workbook, and certificate.
