Whether you're grieving, stuck, a survivor, or just struggling emotionally, I've been there and get it. Together, I believe we can chart a plan for you to regain control over your life and step towards new possibilities for peace and joy. My approach is direct but gentle, honest but kind, and always warm and conversation.
In addition to working in private practice, I've worked in a variety of other settings (inpatient, hospitals, etc), which help me to keep an eye out for more serious issues that may need additional help. I enjoy seeing a mix of clients (adults and children) and embrace all people regardless of what they believe or who they love.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the help you need.
