I have a lot of experience working with trauma/adjustment and sexual/gender identity. I like working with children, families, teens, and young adults. If you're trying to figure out who you are or if you've been through something difficult - I'm here for you.
I typically use an eclectic mix of interventions to best meet the person's individual needs. Therapy can and should be fun at times. I'm also very flexible - I believe people know themselves best and we can collaborate on an effective treatment plan together. That said, I'm fond of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and art therapy techniques.
