In my work with teenagers and adults, I have found that peoples' unique qualities play a critical role in helping them acknowledge, implement, & sustain their own coping abilities. My mission as a therapist is to help facilitate growth & navigation of challenges in a manner that allows clients to feel authentic, capable & safe. I specialize in working with teens, adolescents, & adults to address issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, self esteem, & stress management. From start to finish of your counseling journey, my goal is to support you through your most accessible and empowering means.
I use client-centered interventions that are influenced by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, & Relational Psychotherapy. I will frequently implement a strengths-based approach, so that my clients can recognize and build on skills they already possess.
