Hello, I am an experienced clinician who works with couples and individuals over the age of 14. I offer a compassionate, calm and supportive environment in which clients can work through their experiences, learn to feel their emotions in a healthy way, and find new ways of engaging with their problems. With me, clients will work on improving their functioning and relationships in a safe and accepting environment. I offer evidence-based care, in an open and accepting space.
If you are struggling with stress, mood, feeling overwhelmed or out of control my approach starts with expressive skills, followed by coping skills, with special attention to body-mind connection, mindfulness and attachment behavior. Childhood experiences are formative and we will work to identify where historic ways of behaving and reacting can change.
