With advanced training in Jungian, depth psychology, psychodynamics, CBT, DBT, and creative modalities, I meet with clients weekly or as needed in a collaborative process to guide clients to understand dreams and develop integrity-filled, meaningful lives. By gaining vital knowledge of the psyche, clients learn to understand themselves and feel empowered to address issues and make inner and outer changes. This is especially helpful for helping professionals, people seeking self development, and professors, as those helping others need support at times too. Therapy involves techniques that include somatics, dream and shadow work.
Teaching people to understand what's going on in a person's life, psychologically speaking, helps reveal the root of issues missed by other therapies. Also, as a Jungian and Typology Coach, I can provide assessment tests and tools that offer MBTI-like and archetypal perspectives of each person's individual unique ways of functioning.
