Over the course of the past 20 years, I have had the honor of treating youth, adults, families, and couples who have worked through adjustment issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, relationship challenges, infertility, coping with a chronic illness, and conflict resolution.
I offer a compassionate, skillful, and uplifting approach to therapy. My extensive training in outpatient behavioral health clinics, inpatient mental health settings, schools/colleges, residential treatment, and community based services has provided me with a broad skill base.
It is important that I practice from an empathic and culturally competent perspective. I offer a safe emotional space with respect and privacy.
