I have specialized training and experience in evidence-based therapies, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
