I also greatly enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and those questioning their gender & sexuality. My specialities are informed by ongoing clinical training as well as lived experience as a trauma-recovered, queer-identifying, creative arts professional. I also support a wide array of concerns beyond these.

As a mental health counselor and dance/movement therapist, I can incorporate somatic approaches to support you in exploring your mind-body connection, mastering grounding & mindfulness techniques and emotional regulation skills.
