I believe that seeking therapy is a sign of strength and courage. My goal is for my clients to meet themselves with curiosity and compassion just as I nurture with them in sessions. Our work together will involve opening unprocessed emotions from your past and bringing them into the safety of the present moment. By co-creating a safe space with you to explore past traumas and current challenges, I hope to help you unearth the blind spots that hinder you from being fully authentic and present in your life. Together, we'll uncover the root causes of your struggles to gain a new perspective of your internal and external world.

I empower my adolescent (15+), young adult, and adult clients to take ownership of their growth process, which is why I mainly use a person-centered approach. I work relationally and experientially, recognizing that true growth comes from genuine and dynamic interactions. I also love creative expression, so we can tap into that world in our sessions as well!

Starting this journey can feeling overwhelming, foreign, and difficult, but through our togetherness, we can learn to undo the aloneness, discovering that fears can be faced, vulnerabilities embraced, and healing is tangible. I'd love to take this step with you!
