I also specialize in supporting women through the many transitions of life- from pregnancy and early motherhood to perimenopause, menopause, and everything in between. Together we can explore shifting roles, and life's changes.
I'll help you process your emotions, identify pattens that may be keeping you stuck, and discover new ways to care for yourself. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy, perspective, and tools to move toward healing and growth.
