Sometimes situations become too difficult for us to handle on our own. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, experienced in working with adults and young adults, treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship conflicts, pregnancy, postpartum, and divorce.

I specialize with young women and adolescents dealing with self esteem issues, as well as emerging adults, and adults adjusting to role changes, pressures and uncertainty. I also work with new parents struggling to balance responsibilities, and manage stress.
