I specialize in trauma (PTSD), men's issues and depression/anxiety. I use EMDR as a modality and feel that this is a tool that can help bring permanent change and relief. Trauma presents itself on a broad spectrum and shapes the way that you function emotionally. If you cannot make sense of your inability to change (intellectually) it is likely emotional.
Starting to engage in therapy and explore your past is difficult. So is living a life of emotional dysregulation and living with the idea that you are broken and cannot be fixed.
