I take clients from all different backgrounds and presenting problems. Most of my clients have complex problems that start as internal struggles from depression, poor mood regulation, anxiety, racing thoughts, over-active anger, poor self-esteem, and judgment of self and others. These issues turn into interpersonal and relational problems that create felt chaos and cyclically feed those internal struggles. Clients often come in focusing on the outside chaos and miss the internal factors.

I believe a person is not defined by a diagnosis, behavior, interpersonal conflict, or psychological trauma. However, I understand the influence they can have on our lives. As Dr. Gabor Mate states, "What we call the personality is often a jumble of genuine traits and adopted coping styles that do not reflect our true self at all but the loss of it."
