I have been a licensed counselor for over 18 years. I specialize in work with adults and couples, including LGBTQAI+ couples, as well as polyamory, Kink, BDSM, and Swingers/open relationships. I am passionate about helping you find yourself, work through life and reach your goals- emotional and other! I do consultations for personal and professional goal setting and management. I am trained in Rational Emotive, Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and The Gottman Method for couple counseling; also trained in EMDR for trauma work.
