My name is Dr. Ilana Halina Oren and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as Certified Hypnotherapist. I have been working with individuals, couples and families for over 30 years. I offer individual and couple therapy to teenagers and adults.My goal is to help my clients increase resilience, overcome their challenges and foster the belief that they deserve to be their best.
I have presented internationally on The Use of Hypnosis in the Treatment of Addictions to Alcohol, Drugs and Refined Carbohydrates. I am on the faculty of Wayland Baptist University and a clinical supervisor for the the Board of Behavioral Health for those aspiring to be licensed professionals in the State of Arizona.
In my practice I have successfully used hypnosis for: smoking cessation, obtaining and maintaining your ideal weight for life, anxiety and phobias, and the enhancement of intimacy and sexual passion. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples and E.M.D.R with traumatized clients. I also do comprehensive family evaluations for the court.
