Welcome! I have been in practice over a decade and have learned that by gaining understanding and compassion for ourselves, our innate healing potential will emerge. I love to help other professionals in the field and I am a AZBBHE clinical supervisor. A quote by Rumi expresses it this way "your task is not to seek love, but to merely seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it" I use a "non-pathologizing lens" to see my clients holistically and help them make connections to how their past experiences have shaped the narratives and emotions they experience today.
I use different treatments based on the needs of my clients. I offer LIFE System biofeedback for concerns related to trauma, ADHD, anxiety/panic disorder, depression & trauma. I use cutting edge practices such as KAP (ketamine), EMDR, IFS (level 2), & hypnosis to help clients gain deep insights and create new meanings about their experiences.
I use a holistic approach and I have a special interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness including psychedelic integration (MAPS trained). We are now offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, bringing an evidence based and spiritual approach to deepen your journey. it's always a privilege to assist one in their journey to fulfillment!

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Group (KAP)
Have you been discouraged by your experience in a psychiatrist office with Ketamine? My passion is bridging the gap in KAP treatment by bringing reverence to the experience, a beautiful and warm setting, and evidence based psychotherapy to your ketamine experience so you get the most benefit from your medicine. I use Internal Family Systems therapy to help you process trauma at a deep level and overcome treatment blocks. Ketamine studies have demonstrated marked improvement in symptoms of grief, PTSD, depression, and OCD. It allows for deep neuroplasticity within the brain. This group requires medical clearance and psychological clearance.
