Welcome! I have been in practice since 2013 and have learned that by gaining understanding and compassion for ourselves, our innate healing potential will emerge. I love to help other professionals, and I am a AZBBHE clinical supervisor. A quote by Carl Yung summarizes my philosophy "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life, and you will call it fate. " I use a "non-pathologizing lens" to see my clients holistically and help them make connections to how their past experiences have shaped the narratives and emotions they experience now. I am only taking new clients for KAP intensives, we collapse time!
I use different treatments based on the needs of my clients. I offer LIFE System biofeedback (fast relief for the nervous system) concerns related to trauma, ADHD, anxiety/panic disorder, depression & trauma. I use cutting edge practices such as KAP (ketamine), EMDR, IFS (level 2), & hypnosis.
I have a special interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness including psychedelic integration (MAPS trained for MDMA ). Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Group (KAP)
Have you been discouraged by your experience in a psychiatrist office with Ketamine? My passion is bridging the gap in KAP treatment by bringing reverence to the experience, a beautiful and warm setting, and evidence based psychotherapy to your ketamine experience so you get the most benefit from your medicine. I use Internal Family Systems therapy to help you process trauma at a deep level and overcome treatment blocks. Ketamine studies have demonstrated marked improvement in symptoms of grief, PTSD, depression, and OCD. It allows for deep neuroplasticity within the brain. This group requires medical clearance and psychological clearance.
