Our providers accept most major insurances, and are welcoming new patients with appointments often available in days, not weeks or months. Our highest priority is to cultivate a space for you to feel safe, supported, and unconditionally accepted so that we can better understand the interplay between our thought life, emotional experiences, and behavioral reactions.

I am a seasoned psychologist, consultant, clinician who has been practicing in the DC 30 years. I'm returning to f/t self employment/ private practice after working f/t in the medical context at Walter Reed Bethesda, Kaiser, Nursing homes. Strengths as an agent of positive change include my personable, collaborative approach and our success in achieving agreed- upon desired results. I have extensive experience in the fields of behavioral medicine, trauma recovery, hypnosis, and clinical supervision and training. My clients see positive results and return on investment relatively quickly. I love this work, and always learning.

My primary focus is on helping couples and individuals with sexual issues. In working with couples, I find dissatisfaction with partnered sex is often linked to deeper relationship difficulties and the two can be intertwined. In other instances, the therapeutic focus is primarily on enhancing technique and increasing desire rather than improving the relationship. I also work individually with women to eliminate barriers to sexual wellness and increase acceptance. I enjoy working with gay, lesbian, and heterosexual clients and have respect for sexual fluidity and variance in erotic interest.
