I’ve been working in the field since 1999, helping individuals develop the tools they need to manage challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I work with teens (16+), adults, and older adults, addressing a range of concerns including self-esteem, grief, emotional struggles, obsessive thoughts, anger management, and relationship issues.
My approach is warm, direct, and evidence-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed), and Humanistic principles to create a personalized path toward healing.
With extensive training in substance use and process addictions, I help those facing chronic relapse and compulsive behaviors.
