I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), with a Master's degree in Community Counseling and Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision. I also maintain a Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CADC). I have extensive experience in hospital and substance abuse settings, including serving as the director of outpatient services. Currently, I also work as a professor in the field of counseling.

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Sarah provides individual, family and couples counseling to all age ranges. Sarah has had all-encompassing experience across therapeutic settings, including residential treatment settings, partial hospitalization, community based and on an outpatient basis. Sarah specializes in treating individuals who suffer from suicidal ideations, self-injuring behaviors, depression, anxiety/panic, personality disorders, trauma, loss, transitional phases, eating disorders and substance abuse/dependence.

My clients include individual adults, couples, families, and groups. During my years in the counseling field I've worked with depression, anxiety, adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, trauma, self-harm, addictions, dissociative disorders, men's and women's issues, codepedency, communication, infidelity, grief and loss, boundaries, divorce, parenting, marital problems, eating disorders, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, and many other issues.

Dr. Donna works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Donna has worked in a variety of settings with a range of issues including school/social issues, anxiety, depression, and behavior disorders. Her goal is to fully comprehend the complete person and then choose a therapy style that works best for them, whether it be WDEP, DBT, CBT, etc. Donna truly believes in working with younger people to develop a healthy state of mind while the frontal lobe is still formative. Healthy habits and mental tools going into adulthood can have a strong impact yielding a positive mental health trajectory well into adulthood.
