Equine Facilitated Therapist Support Group
Calling all therapists. Jennifer Baker, LCPC, TCYM-YT facilitates this monthly support group for therapists to practice self care and gain experiential practices to combat compassion fatigue and burn out. We will breathe, move, reflect, and mingle with the herd. Explore connection to self, relationship, and nature. Each 2 hour group session will include somatic practice, gently movement, meditation and time immersed with our herd of 3 horses in nature.
