I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years experience working with adolescents & young adults. Currently I work with 18 year old to 64 year old individuals. I have been working with clients on a wide range of needs & concerns with an emphasis on anxiety, depression, grief/loss & simple & complex trauma. I also offer exit therapy for those seeking support after exiting a cult (such as QAnon).

All families experience difficulties, however when emotional and behaviors cause conflicts seeking support can sometimes be difficult and intimidating. My experience working with families provide me with the expertise to help families find ways to best meet the family and individual needs. I have experienced working with school age children and adolescents. I also have experience with working with adult and families who are survivor(s) of sexual trauma and or domestic abuse/violence. I also have experience with working with adults who experience anger difficulties, anxiety and depression. I am also fluent in Spanish.

I know that therapy can be a daunting experience, but through personal therapy and my work as a therapist, I have seen the power and change it can bring. Dr. Jennifer Stelter is a licensed clinical psychologist seasoned in treating depression and anxiety and specialized in treating eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and dementia. She has 20 years experience in the healthcare field and over a decade in the long-term care industry. Dr. Stelter approaches care holistically and is experienced in providing emotion process work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and rational emotive therapy (RET). She also has significant training in the use of non-pharmacy tools in the treatment of various mental health issues.

Missy is passionate about psychotherapy with children, adolescents, families, as well as adults. In working with adults, she helps them create meaning in their lives. With an eye toward life transitions and contextual factors, Missy empowers clients to face their current challenges with true agency. In working with children, Missy provides evidenced based skills in addressing mood, adjustment, anxiety disorders, and learning disabilities. She focuses on a collaborative process in providing clients with prevention and intervention towards their present stressors.

I specialize in treating ADHD, Eating Disorders, Anxiety & Depression. The tools I use are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Mindfulness. Working with ADHD, I am able to draw upon personal experience as well as clinical knowledge to offer ways to manage symptoms. This ranges from organization and task management, to working through how we experience our emotions and daily life due to the symptoms.

I work with preteens and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression and OCD. I also work with young adults struggling with life transitions.
