I hold an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University. My training prepared me for a wide range of problems that exist within people and within their relationships. Earlier in my career, I worked as a special education teacher for 13 years, and I am trained as a trauma-informed yoga instructor.
I create a warm and empathic environment where we can explore whatever you may be struggling with through talk or somatic therapy. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the healing power of humor and invite that into the room when appropriate. I work with adult individuals.
