Wister has extensive experience working with at risk youth, crisis, mental health and addiction counseling working as a TDT (Therapeutic Day Treatment) Clinician, Program Manager, and Clinician within the county’s mental health and substance abuse treatment system. Wister enjoys utilizing his training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing) via Eclectic Counselling techniques to produce a structure towards daily wellness.
I am a experienced and practiced clinical counselor with a wide variety of psychological strategies and techniques in assisting with a daily structure towards wellness. I am certain that with appropriate efforts there well be an established rapport, that fosters higher self perspective, acceptance and plans of daily maintenance.
