I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I take a collaborative and person-centered approach to counseling and utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques, including dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
