Hi there, my name is Gina and I live on unceeded lands of the Comanche, Jumanos, Lipan Apache, and Tonkawa or so-called Austin, Texas. I work with humans who feel anxious and bereaved regarding the climate crisis as well as other aspects of living in an Industrial Growth Society. I also work with humans who are grieving (including invisible grief), going through a life transition, living with anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD, are experiencing woman's issues, and/or identify as a highly sensitive person.
I am an ecotherapist, which means I love weaving the natural world into therapy. Considering that we are a part of nature, I also enjoy bringing in body-oriented therapies to process what our vessels carry. Somewhat similarly, I like to use IFS to make space for the various parts of ourselves that evolved during our own lived experiences.
