My areas of focus include anxiety, chronic stress, depression, trauma, relationship/parenting difficulties, and life transitions including death and dying.
My offerings include Psychodynamic and Insight Oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems work, stress management, mindfulness, somatic techniques and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical - a mission to expand access to transformative, evidence-based psychedelic therapies, starting with KAP.
