I have over 28 years of clinical experience assisting others on how to achieve their best life. It is my belief solutions to our problems are within us.

I support adults, couples, children, and adolescents overcome emotional and behavioral obstacles that hinder growth. I specialize in encouraging individuals to find their purpose and passion while promoting healing and providing guidance through life’s most difficult challenges. I aim to provide exceptional care and personalized treatment in a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment.

As a therapist, I seek to provide the sort of mental health services that I would want available to my father, my brother, and even myself. As a Black man, I understand the unique experiences of Black men in America and the ways in which these experiences contribute to mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress. I also recognize that Black men are diverse and are not a monolith. With this in mind, I believe that Black men deserve care that understands both the uniqueness and diversity of Black men’s experiences, while also having a cultural awareness of the mental health needs of Black men.
