Through River Rise, LLC, we offer supportive therapy to aid in the increase of problem-solving skills, communication skills, coping strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and the strengthening of interpersonal relationships. Fostering a positive therapeutic relationship with each client is the foundation of treatment. Through behavioral health coaching and consultation, we aid clients and practices with the development of care pathways and individual health plans to improve chronic disease self-management.
Dr. Rhonda Sturdivant, LCSW, DBH has 12+ years of clinical experience in working with the Veteran population, and 14+ years of experience helping clients manage anxiety, life transitions & comorbid diagnoses.
Through River Rise, LLC, we offer education, training, and counseling services to empower & implement a change in a person's behavior and way of thinking. Services are provided through in-office visits, telephone consultations, televideo sessions, and walk-and-talk therapy.
