Groups
Overcoming Fear Group- TEENS
The topic of fear is something that is present in our everyday lives however students don’t always get the opportunity to address how their fears impact their overall wellbeing , decision making patterns, self esteem & their future. This is an 8 week series which introduces lessons directly related to fears we may experience on a daily basis. Groups are meant to help students become proactive in learning to manage their fears, build self confidence, & improve self regulation skills. Students have the opportunity to develop resilience, learn how fears can impact them academically & equip them with coping tools to be able to tackle their fears.

Grief Support Group
Our grief support groups are FREE. These groups offer a safe spot to share experiences and emotions, helping everyone feel less alone in their grief. Our grief groups are led by someone trained or experienced in dealing with loss. Our sessions allow participants to share their stories and connect with others who understand what they are going through. Members can also share coping strategies that have worked for them, which can be really helpful. Sometimes, the group includes activities like discussions, journaling, or creative expression to help with the healing process.
