Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Somatic therapy, and Breathwork, I help clients develop coping strategies, gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, and make positive changes in their lives. I specialized in ages 12 and up with Eating disorders, PTDS, Trauma, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, depression and Narcissistic abuse recovery.

I recognize that navigating stressors in our current times is more challenging than ever before. Increasing professional, work, family, and other external pressures make it more and more difficult to navigate daily routines and responsibilities. Recognizing past stressors and issues and how they are impacting/limiting us can be an important aspect of therapy that I strive to help people with. Learning tools and skills to help navigate stressors is also essential in therapy to help people feel their happiest and healthiest. Feeling less stressed and less overwhelmed; feeling better about oneself; and feeling happier and less anxious!

Wendy Crawford's mission is to provide professional counseling within a Christian context. In life, there are times when we feel stuck, either in a negative mindset, bad habit or situation wondering what happened and how we arrived at such a place. Often times our problems/situations are prolonged or hidden by shame, defense, hurt or anger. In these situations, what is needed is a safe nonjudgmental space where we feel seen and understood, and to explore challenges in our lives, and the possibility of change.
