Welcome! I'm so glad you're here, taking a step toward growth & fulfillment. I support folks who walk life alongside AuDHD or struggle with an eating disorder/ARFID, BPD, anxiety, depression, or gender exploration. I also offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy & run a queer DBT group! Drawing from personal and professional experiences, I bring a unique level of empathy and understanding to therapeutic spaces. I firmly believe that within each of us lies the potential for a meaningful life, even if we struggle to envision it. Together, we'll explore the tools you possess & foster new ones to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

In my practice, I blend traditional therapy (CBT) with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This approach engages both mind & body, fostering a deeper understanding of self and empowering you to create and share the life you desire. Recognizing that our challenges stem from both internal & external sources, I approach our care holistically.

If you answered yes to any of these, then you’re in the right place; Resilience for queer folx is arguably needed more now than ever.
