Growing up in a small town, and being a military spouse, I am all too familiar with the stigma that comes with mental health. I understand how difficult it can be to speak up and ask for help. As a mother, it is important for me to be as present as possible in my children’s life while also maintaining my career. In my role as a spouse to an active duty service member, I see firsthand how serving affects not only the soldiers, but their family and children as well. My desire is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for anyone who needs help, guidance, or simply a safe place to talk about their life.

How is your mind, body, and spirit today? How frequently have you been doing things that mean something? I work individually with all adults who struggle with unresolved trauma, addiction, body issues, grief and loss, traumatic stress, family issues, life transitions, dating and relationship issues, and all relationship lifestyles. I am a LGBTQ affirming therapist and support transgender and gender questioning clients. In supervision since 2016 licensed since 2019 and I have worked in the field since 2012. I am passionate about this work and believe therapy can be a deep and powerful experience with professional guidance.

It takes courage to seek therapy and begin the journey towards a more satisfying life. It is not always the easiest path, but one that proves to be invaluable for most in the end. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients can openly explore all aspects of their lives in a caring, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe each client I meet is a unique individual deserving of an individualized approach and personalized treatment plan. You will never get a "one size fits all" approach with me.
