Growing up in a small town, and being a military spouse, I am all too familiar with the stigma that comes with mental health. I understand how difficult it can be to speak up and ask for help. As a mother, it is important for me to be as present as possible in my children’s life while also maintaining my career. In my role as a spouse to an active duty service member, I see firsthand how serving affects not only the soldiers, but their family and children as well. My desire is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for anyone who needs help, guidance, or simply a safe place to talk about their life.

My background is focused on trauma, healing complex family systems, addressing relationship issues and helping explore identity and how your mind, body and spirit can be in an authentic relationship.
How is your mind, body, and spirit today? How frequently have you been doing things that mean something? I work individually with all adults who struggle with unresolved trauma, addiction, body issues, grief and loss, traumatic stress, family issues, life transitions, dating and relationship issues, and all relationship lifestyles. I am a LGBTQ affirming therapist and support transgender and gender questioning clients. In supervision since 2016 licensed since 2019 and I have worked in the field since 2012. I am passionate about this work and believe therapy can be a deep and powerful experience with professional guidance.

I work with adults (ages 18+) to treat a multitude of concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, substance/alcohol use disorders, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
It takes courage to seek therapy and begin the journey towards a more satisfying life. It is not always the easiest path, but one that proves to be invaluable for most in the end. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients can openly explore all aspects of their lives in a caring, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe each client I meet is a unique individual deserving of an individualized approach and personalized treatment plan. You will never get a "one size fits all" approach with me.
