About
It takes courage to seek therapy and begin the journey towards a more satisfying life. It is not always the easiest path, but one that proves to be invaluable for most in the end. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where my clients can openly explore all aspects of their lives in a caring, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe each client I meet is a unique individual deserving of an individualized approach and personalized treatment plan. You will never get a "one size fits all" approach with me.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I work with adults (ages 18+) to treat a multitude of concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, substance/alcohol use disorders, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
I also help my clients develop a stronger sense of self and to live more authentic lives by helping them to develop better relationships with others and themselves. Please email or call with any questions or if you would like to know more!
