I have helped over 7,000 patients take control of the terrifying symptoms of heart pounding, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, rubbery legs, inner trembling, and nausea, and eliminate the terror and false fear of having a heart attack, fainting in public, having a nervous breakdown, losing control, or even sudden death. My patients learn how to reduce health worry and stop needless anxiety-driven emergency room and doctor visits, as they regain peace of mind.

I structured the therapy under a holistic Bio-Psycho-Social approach. I understand that individuals have different areas that must be approached with personal, biological, and social strategies, etc. I currently lead therapeutic groups for bipolar, depression, anxiety, Christian counseling, and sports psychology. During my work in the school districts, I have dealt with academic and family issues. I am currently Mental Health Coordinator for Miami Schools and Pine Cress Schools also I am developing my second master's degree in Clinical Social Work, and CEO and founder of medical practices, and business management advice.
