For over 30 years, I have specialized in drug-free Cognitive Behavioral Treatment of Panic Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Phobias and Stress-Related symptoms. I have helped over 7,000 patients take control of the terrifying symptoms of heart pounding, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, rubbery legs, inner trembling, and nausea, and eliminate the terror and false fear of having a heart attack, fainting in public, having a nervous breakdown, losing control, or even sudden death. My patients learn how to reduce health worry and stop needless anxiety-driven emergency room and doctor visits, as they regain peace of mind.

I structured the therapy under a holistic Bio-Psycho-Social approach. I understand that individuals have different areas that must be approached with personal, biological, and social strategies, etc. I currently lead therapeutic groups for bipolar, depression, anxiety, Christian counseling, and sports psychology. During my work in the school districts, I have dealt with academic and family issues. I am currently Mental Health Coordinator for Miami Schools and Pine Cress Schools also I am developing my second master's degree in Clinical Social Work, and CEO and founder of medical practices, and business management advice.

As a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT) with over 15 years of experience, I have a sincere commitment to helping people achieve mental wellness by treating a broad range of difficulties including phase of life issues, women's issues, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, substance abuse, and interpersonal and family relationship issues. My goal is to promote overall mental wellness of individuals through support, encouragement and challenge. In conjunction with providing individual therapy and couples/marital therapy, I also provide coaching services including executive, career and basic life coaching.

I also received a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine.
