I understand that individuals have different areas that must be approached with personal, biological, and social strategies, etc. I currently lead therapeutic groups for bipolar, depression, anxiety, Christian counseling, and sports psychology. During my work in the school districts, I have dealt with academic and family issues. I am currently Mental Health Coordinator for Miami Schools and Pine Cress Schools also I am developing my second master's degree in Clinical Social Work, and CEO and founder of medical practices, and business management advice.
My goal is to help people change because it is never too late to start as everything that happens in our lives has a purpose and can empower us. I believe that peace of mind is possible and that our minds have infinite power when we learn to dominate our thoughts and create new patterns of behaviors and realities.
I'm Colombian. I have had the experience of practicing as a psychologist in three countries, Colombia, Argentina, and United States. I understand the importance of culture as a strategic axis for change, culture presents us with an inheritance that we must conquer to live a full present.

Sport Psychology
We use sports as a biopsychosocial therapy to improve health. Our mental health team specializes in using sports to improve emotional and social skills while enhancing our participant's physical and cognitive health generating coping mechanisms for general well-being. This group is intended for people of any athletic level: beginner, medium, or advanced. Most insurances are accepted.
