I am passionate about helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives, and helping them identify ways that conscious and unconscious traits and habits impact functioning and relationships. As a trained meditation teacher I integrate mindfulness and other meditation techniques where appropriate. My trauma work is integrative. While I do not condone the use of controlled substances, I endorse harm reduction practices and enjoy working with psychedelic preparation and integration.
