A bit about me - I am warm and easy to talk to. A bit about you - You want to feel better and trust yourself more. Together, we will help you tune into where you are stuck, and help you become your full, authentic self. I utilize a variety of approaches including relational neuroscience, and somatic based IFS and EMDR. I see my role as being a gentle companion for you as you explore your inner world and (re)discover who you truly are, unlocking your innate capacity for healing. Therapists enjoy working with me - to embrace their humanity, receive support, and expand their work with clients.
Together, we will support you in building a relationship with yourself and all of your parts at a pace that feels safe for you. We will work together using wisdom from relational neuroscience, phases of EMDR, and methods of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (parts work) and somatic awareness. I specialize in giving healers a healing space of their own.
Along your path, it would be my honor to walk with you. You do not have to do this alone. Together, we will learn about your struggles, longings, and ways to support you. Therapy is a healing force in itself–peeling away those layers of influence around us, (re)learning ourselves from a space of unconditional, radical acceptance. Let's talk!
