I enjoy working with adults who are ready to create a more loving and authentic relationship with themselves and others. Our sessions will provide time and space to breathe more easily and gain perspective or insight on long-held patterns of thought and behavior. In a safe, affirming space for clients from diverse backgrounds, you don't have to go it alone!
In addition to being a trauma-informed therapist, I am also a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor and incorporate body-mind awareness and somatic tools in my sessions. I aim to form strong relationships with my clients to help them manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationships and intense emotions more skillfully, and live life more fully.
