South Asian Family Dynamics Group
Our goal in this group is to provide a space for South Asians to understand who they are in the midst of the pressures, expectations, and hopes placed on them by their families. We will focus on building a space where we can be authentic, vulnerable, and work collaboratively with one another stories, so we can understand ourselves more deeply and how we can connect with our cultures and families in healthy ways. Topics to be discussed: Your Identity, Cultural Identity, Family Identity Relationship Dynamics Boundaries, Codependency, Independence, Interdependence.
