I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy trained, Reiki certified, and Animal Assisted Play Therapist, Level l, who has been working with children and families for 20+ years. As a Registered Play Therapist, I help children express themselves through play. Children (13 and under) typically do not have the cognitive skills to verbally express themselves. Play therapy gives them the tools to understand and process their world. I have experience with LGBTQ+ clients and working with members of this community is another passion of mine.
I'm an intuitive therapist and use a somatic approach. I love working with clients who want to live authentically and find their purpose. A lot of my clients report religious trauma and are looking to move forward on a new path.
In my spare time, I enjoy macrame, gardening, belly dancing, working with and training dogs, birdwatching, Reiki, spending time with friends and family, listening to metaphysical podcasts, expanding intuitive abilities, and experiencing new adventures/cultures.
