My clients often come to me with life transition issues (teens, parenting challenges, relationship issues, major life events, trauma) and are experiencing a loss of identity, lack of direction and symptoms of pervasive anxiety . Together we explore with compassion for the journey to this point, identifying the life worth living and develop a cohesive treatment plan to meet those goals. Through peeling back layers of an onion, we tackle areas of trauma, hurt, shame as we grow empathy for self and tools to start actively changing the cycle of pain. My proudest moment is when a client is able to step down in treatment as goals are met.

Theresa is a LCSW in the state of Texas, holding a Masters of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas, Austin. Michelle is a LCSW-S, with a Doctorates in Social Work (DSW). She has been in the mental health industry for over 25 years holding such positions as social worker, counselor, non-profit to assist families in challenging times, and adjunct professor. She specializes in relationship concerns such as divorce, marriage and premarital issues. She can assist with coping strategies, stress, family conflict, infertility, infidelity and more. Michelle also works with individuals experiencing, mood disorders, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, life coaching, LGBTQIA+, stress, PTSD, and trauma.

I am a pediatric psychotherapist with many years of experience working with children who show that they are not functioning well at home and school with "negative" behaviors or anxiety. Outbursts of anger, sadness, and fear, not following directions, arguing, and crying make life difficult for the family and the child. I help the child to understand themselves and help teach them how to function to the best of their ability. I guide and support parents to manage the behaviors and bring about family harmony. I enjoy helping a child to gain self-esteem and the "I Can Do It" attitude.

I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 9 years in outpatient and in home settings. We all experience times in our lives where we just need to be heard, to be validated, to find some direction. I Eu’Lina Smith M.Ed. M.S. LPC, LCDC, am a proud graduate of Texas Tech University where I graduated with dual Bachelors' degrees in Dance and Community, Family, and Addiction Services. I also attended Texas Tech Graduate School where I earned a Masters in both Counselor Education and Interdisciplinary Studies with concentration in Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Addictions. I graduated with honors and was a member of Chi Sigma Iota Honors Society while in graduate school at Texas Tech. My approach to counseling combines Solution Focused, Reality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt theories.

When "extra" challenges-like the pressure of parenting young children, struggles with communication & conflict, addiction, or life stressors are added onto our lives, it can be so overwhelming.
