My approach to counseling is to collaborate with the client to develop a respectful and trusting therapeutic relationship that facilitates growth and change. I strive to provide a safe place for children, teens, adults and families to challenge life's obstacles and fulfill your therapeutic goals. I offer play therapy/activity therapy, individual, and family therapy.
My formal education and professional experiences have prepared me to work with children, teens, adults, and families. I have experience working with childhood and adolescent issues, depression,self-injurious behavior, attention difficulties, anxiety, communication skills, relationship skills, parenting skills, building self confidence, substance abuse, grief and loss, and divorce.
