Therapy can provide an accepting, wellness-focused environment for you to move to a place of growth and positive change.

Together, we'll explore what's most important to you, work to increase self-awareness and self compassion, and remove barriers to getting the life you want. I use a wide variety of techniques that tap into your individual strengths and your creativity. I strongly believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I'm honored to be a part of it.
