Treatment methods include a solution focused, brief therapy that include cognitive behavior therapy, rational hypnotherapy, bio-feedback and brief, gestalt therapy.
We usually assign cognitive behavior workbooks to work on between sessions to speed up therapy.
We do child, family and couple therapy. We see all ages.
We also do counseling over the Internet.
