As a fellow person with ADHD, I understand the challenges associated with day-to-day life and trying to function in a world full of people who seem able to do it easier than you. I'll help you gain the skills for planning, organization, time management, problem solving, mental flexibility, working memory, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-control. All of this will help you tackle activities of daily life, like folding laundry, starting work tasks, completing tasks more efficiently, growing your confidence, and setting and meeting new goals. I work with high school-, college-, and adult-aged individuals.
I'm a certified ADHD Coach who helps people with ADHD and other neurodivergent individuals go from functioning to thriving. I use solution-focused coaching, journaling, meditation, and growth mindset exercises in my practice to help you thrive.
I am always open to sharing about my challenges as a neurodivergent person, and I began my career in coaching due to the obstacles I've faced. My experiences with mental health adversity help me receive my clients with warmth, compassion, and empathy. Clients often tell me that I excel at creating a safe space for them to share and not feel judgment.
