My goal is to help people recognize their strengths and utilize these strengths toward growth and change. Our work together can be as flexible or as structured as you feel comfortable with!
My goal is to help clients develop an understanding of their challenges, identify strategies that promote positive changes, and improve their overall functioning and wellbeing. I use cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused approaches. I have treated various populations in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings.
I believe that therapy is a journey that can be explorative and empowering. Core values that I embrace include empathy, compassion, open-mindedness, respect, and dependability, which I strive to mirror in my practice. My goal is to provide each client with the insights and tools to help them achieve a more fulfilling life as well as a greater sense of self.
