Often, we find our self riddled with anxiety that won’t go away or an aching pain that weighs us down, day in and day out. Currently our world is being hit with unprecedented times which is leaving individuals to feel hopeless about the future and anxious about the lasting impact it will have to ourselves, our families, and loved ones. As a mental health therapist with experience working in the field for over 13 years, I am here to assist you through these difficult times, as well as help you gain the tools to manage these trying symptoms. The goal of therapy is ultimately to find a new since of hope.
I received a MA in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Cincinnati. I am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in KY with a background working with high-risk youth. Since starting my private practice 6 years ago, I have expanded my specialty to adults who are struggling to manage anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.
I have a history of successfully connecting to those in need of help, who feel as though they are in their darkest days. My goal is to provide a trusting and safe environment to assess, plan, and provide specialized treatment specific to your needs.
